Methodist Dallas Medical Center is seeking a Nursing Manager for the Heart Institute to lead clinical and non-clinical teams, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, high-quality patient care. You will supervise staff, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage resources, and align operations with the hospital's mission.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive excellent patient outcomes.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience in Multi-Physician Practice preferred but not required.
Experience with clinical or billing database systems.
Experience with medical coding, billing, collections & appeal procedures preferred.
Knowledge of Managed Care.
Ability to function independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to plan and manage the utilization of resources.
High level of interpersonal, problem solving, negotiation and analytical skills.
