Job summary

SC Department of Children's Advocacy is seeking a Program Coordinator I to support statewide efforts promoting adoption of legally free children. This role coordinates Heart Gallery activities, photo shoots, volunteers, interns, and promotional events to ensure all eligible children are featured.

The position involves maintaining web content, capturing promotional photos, and tracking exhibits statewide. Travel across South Carolina and some evenings/weekends may be required; a valid SC driver’s

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience considered.
• Ability to travel throughout SC; valid SC driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supports statewide efforts to promote adoption of legally free children; coordinates Heart Gallery activities.
• Coordinates photo shoots, recruits volunteers, supervises interns, and organizes promotional events to feature eligible children.
• Maintains web and social media content, captures and prints promotional photos, and tracks statewide exhibit locations and active child profiles.
