Thompson Child & Family Focus - A Child's Place Program in Greenville, SC, is seeking a Foster Care Coordinator to support youth and foster families and strengthen the foster care program through administrative tasks and outreach.

You will conduct home visits, provide case management and collaborate with staff and community partners. The role may require some evenings/weekends and an on-call weekend rotation to cover emergencies in the Greenville area.

Formación

• Must have valid Driver License and meet credentialing standards.
• Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; excellent written and oral communication; Meets SC Qualified Professional designation.
• All candidates must pass a drug screening and extensive background check.
• Ability to work primarily with Clients in Greenville, SC.

• Conduct home visits and provide case management and support to foster families.
• Coordinate services and manage documentation and compliance tasks.
• Support outreach efforts and enhance the program’s social media presence.
