Qualifications

• BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days.
• Licensed RN (IDFPR) in Illinois.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent.
• HS Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status through interview, observation and examination.
• Develop an individualized care plan with patient/family and care team.
• Implement interventions to achieve patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure documentation is complete and accurate during shifts.
