Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in Utah.
• ACLS/BLS/NRP/ATLS may be required by department or privileging criteria.
• Utah prescriptive privileges preferred.
• Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent with NP licensure.
• Credentialing and privileging upon hire as per UHPPM 1-56.

Responsabilités

• Assess the physical condition of a patient group with exams and histories.
• Formulate medical plans and prognoses based on condition.
• Consult with physicians regarding patient health care plans.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to address health care needs.
