Pulse Heart Institute in Spokane, WA is seeking a Heart Failure Nurse Practitioner to join a busy, expanding practice. You will establish goals of care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and manage decompensated heart failure in the outpatient setting with ED referrals when needed.

The role requires WA ARNP licensure, NP certification, DEA/NPI, BLS and ACLS, and prior cardiovascular or heart failure experience.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing required.
• Post-bachelor NP program completed.
• Certified Nurse Practitioner exam passed.
• Licensed in WA as ARNP by employment date.
• DEA, NPI and prescriptive authority required.
• BLS and ACLS for Healthcare Providers required.
• Experience in a Heart Failure program or cardiovascular setting preferred.

Responsabilités

This position requires the ability to establish goals of care, collaborate with many health care team professionals, (e.g. Social work, Cardiac rehab staff, Palliative care team) and ability to manage decompensated heart failure (or volume overload) in the outpatient clinic setting and refer to the ED when necessary. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $124,831.00 - $166,995.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
