MultiCare Pulse Heart Institute in Washington seeks a General Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join our busy, physician-governed cardiovascular team in an outpatient setting.

You will collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers to deliver high-quality cardiology care, with opportunities to participate in research and innovation during a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing required.
• Post Bachelor's Nurse Practitioner program required.
• Licensed in WA as an ARNP by start of employment.
• Certified Nurse Practitioner exam completed.
• DEA, NPI and prescriptive authority required.
• Current BLS & ACLS certification.
• Minimum three years as ARNP in cardiology preferred or ARNP with RN cardiology experience.
• Acute care management of general cardiology patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide cardiology outpatient patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and APPs to coordinate care.
• Manage acute cardiology cases and follow-up.
• Participate in program growth and research opportunities.

Base Compensation: $124,831.00 - 166,995.00 plus eligibility for lucrative performance bonus

Requirements

• Masters of Science in Nursing
• Post Bachelor's Nurse Practitioner Program
• Licensed in the state of WA as an ARNP by the time of employment
• Successful completion of a Certified Nurse Practitioner Exam through an accredited organization
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
• Current BLS & ACLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
• Minimum three (3) years of experience as an ARNP in cardiology services preferred or ARNP with previous RN experience in cardiology
• Acute Care Management of General Cardiology Patients

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a comprehensive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $124,831.00 - $166,995.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
