Job summary

Pulse Heart Institute in Washington state is seeking a Heart Failure Nurse Practitioner to join our busy, established practice. You will establish goals of care, collaborate with a wide health-care team, and manage decompensated heart failure in the outpatient clinic.

This physician-led, integrative cardiovascular program offers advanced resources, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth and research while supporting work-life balance in the Pacific Northwest.

Qualifications

Masters of Science in Nursing.
Post Bachelor’s Nurse Practitioner Program.
Successful completion of a Certified Nurse Practitioner Exam.
Licensed in the state of WA as an ARNP by the time of employment.
DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority.
Current BLS and ACLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.
ARNP Experience in a Heart Failure Program or two (2) years of experience in a cardiovascular setting.

Responsibilities

Seek Heart Failure NP to join our cardiovascular institute.
Establish goals of care and collaborate with the care team.
Manage decompensated heart failure in the outpatient clinic setting and refer to the ED when necessary.
Within our physician-governed cardiovascular institute, provide excellent patient care with access to resources and a collaborative environment.
