MultiCare Pulse Heart Institute is seeking a Heart Failure Nurse Practitioner to join a busy outpatient practice in Washington. The NP will work with physicians and other APPs to manage decompensated heart failure, establish goals of care, and coordinate with cardiac rehab, social work, and palliative teams.

Eligibility requires MSN and WA ARNP licensure, plus DEA/NPI prescriptive authority and BLS/ACLS. The role offers day shifts, 4x10-hour schedule, and opportunities for research and growth.

Qualificações

• MSN required and WA ARNP licensed.
• Post-Bachelor NP Program completed; Certified Nurse Practitioner exam.
• DEA, NPI and prescriptive authority required; BLS/ACLS certified.

Responsabilidades

• Manage decompensated heart failure in the outpatient clinic.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team to plan and coordinate patient care.
• Refer to the ED when necessary and establish goals of care with patients.
