Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System in Texas Medical Center is seeking a Heart Failure ICU Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) for full-time night shifts. You will deliver comprehensive patient care with an interdisciplinary team, manage complex cardiac critical care patients, and participate in device management and post-op recovery.

Required: 2+ years of critical care nursing, AGACNP or PA/APN certification, Texas licensure, ACLS/PALS/NRP, and willingness to float to related units.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Nurse Practitioner Program approved by the State of Texas.
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience in critical care.
• AGACNP or PA/NP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, triage, and manage care for cardiac ICU patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and physicians.
• Perform advanced procedures as trained and permitted.
• Educate patients and families; participate in quality improvement.
