Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) is seeking an experienced CRNP to join our Heart Failure team in an outpatient capacity with no on-call duties. You will care for patients with Heart Failure, HCM, Pulmonary Hypertension and related amyloid conditions, contributing to a high-volume practice that leverages advanced treatments.

• Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible.
• A valid Pennsylvania Medical License or ability to obtain one is required.
• Experienced cardiology CRNP.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient position in Heart Failure with no call responsibilities.
• See patients with Heart Failure, HCM, Pulmonary Hypertension and Amyloid conditions.
• Join LVHN’s Heart & Vascular Institute and contribute to innovative patient care.

We are looking for an experienced CRNP to join our specialized Heart Failure team. This is an outpatient position, with no call responsibilities. This is a high-volume practice, seeing patients with Heart Failure, HCM, Pulmonary Hypertension, and Amyloid conditions.

By joining the team at the Heart and Vascular Institute, you'll be joining our team of innovative clinicians. LVHN was the region's first to perform transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) and is recognized as a center for performing complex mitral valve repair surgery.
