Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Heart Failure.
• Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license.
• U.S. ACGME Residency.

Responsibilities

• Join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with ~40 cardiology physicians and APPs, providing comprehensive treatment plans.
• Support ECMO and VAD patients in the Heart Failure program.
• Work schedule is 5 days per week with shared call.

Skills

MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Heart Failure

Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or ability to obtain one

Ability to complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
