Job summary
Novant Health Advanced Heart Care - Heart Failure Team Charlotte is seeking a dedicated Heart Failure APP for inpatient and ambulatory care to improve care, patient outcomes, and hospital efficiency as part of a growing Heart Failure program.
Our specialists are committed to collaborating with the care team to create personalized treatment plans and to provide the latest treatments for cardiovascular conditions, with a focus on safety and excellence across Presbyterian Medical Center and
Qualifications
- Education: Master's Degree required; graduate of NCCPA accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Experience: One to three years as an Advanced Practice Provider
- Licensure/Certification: PA license in state required; NCCPA Certification and DEA registry required; ACLS required if infusion center or cardiac specialty
Responsibilities
- Deliver the most remarkable patient experience in every dimension, every time.
- Foster teamwork, team member engagement and community involvement.
- Support a safe patient environment driven by First Do No Harm.
- Hours: Monday-Friday 5 days or Monday-Friday 4-10hr
- Supporting Location: Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center
