Job summary
House of Hearts ABA in Mesa, AZ is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools. You’ll follow treatment plans created by our BCBA team and help children thrive with compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications
- RBT certification (or willingness to obtain it—we’ll guide you through the process).
- Love for working with children.
- A positive, team-first attitude.

Responsibilities
- Providing fun, high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to awesome kiddos (in homes and schools).
- Following treatment plans created by our incredible BCBAs.
- Tracking progress with easy-to-use systems (we’ll train you!).
- Working hand-in-hand with families and teammates to help kids thrive.
