Qualifications

• RBT certification required or actively in process of obtaining it.
• A love for working with children and ability to engage effectively.
• Positive, team-first attitude with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children in homes and schools.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBA supervisors.
• Track progress and communicate with families and teammates.
• Collaborate with families to help children thrive.
• Bring energy, compassion, and care to daily work.
