House of Hearts ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for in-home and in-school sessions. You will deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA guidance, tracking progress and adapting to each child’s needs, while partnering with families to foster growth and success.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time), support from experienced mentors, and opportunities for professional development within a warm, heart-centered team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification (or willingness to get it—we'll guide you through the process!)
• Love for working with children

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools
