Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Minimum 1 year caregiving experience with adults.
• Valid California driver’s license; out-of-state licenses not accepted.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background, drug, and DMV checks.
• HCA certification or willingness to obtain.

Compassionate In-Home Caregiver (Non-Medical Support)

What You’ll Do

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Provide medication reminders
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Run errands and assist with daily tasks
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Provide transportation to appointments or outings (as needed)

What You Need

• Must be 18 years or older
• Minimum of one year of personal or professional caregiving experience, specifically with adults
• Valid California driver’s license (out-of-state not accepted)
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance (must be listed driver)
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and DMV check
• Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) — or willingness to obtain (we’ll help!)
• Negative TB test (we cover the cost if needed)
• Physically able to perform caregiving dutiesFlexible availability
