Job summary

DRISCOLL HEALTH PLAN is seeking a Clinical Analyst to gather data and transform it into actionable insights for leadership. You will develop tools to analyze volumes, expenses, quality metrics, market share and profitability, and produce reports from health system data.

The role requires RN licensure in Texas, and a preference for a Bachelor's degree along with experience in information systems and pediatric cardiac care.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the State of Texas.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Prior experience with information systems, preferred.
• Pediatric experience with cardiac patients in direct patient care, including involvement in teaching and staff guidance, recommended.
• Pediatric CICU experience, recommended.

Responsibilities

• Gather data and convert it into meaningful information used by leadership.
• Develop analytical tools to review volumes, expenses, service utilization, quality metrics, market share and profitability.
• Write reports to gather information from DHS systems.
• Ensure data integrity across extraction, processing, storage, and distribution.
• Collaborate with colleagues to interpret results and support recommendations.
