Mary Washington Healthcare is seeking a Level II Competent Registered Nurse to provide clinical nursing care, collaborate with the healthcare team, and apply evidenced-based practices. The RN will manage patient care through the nursing process, ensure patient-centered outcomes, and participate in improvement activities and staff orientation.

Qualified candidates hold an RN license in Virginia or a reciprocal compact state, have ASN/BSN, and meet BLS/ACLS requirements within specified

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and has RN experience.
• Minimum one year of Cardiac Critical Care experience preferred.
• RN license valid in Virginia or a reciprocal compact state.
• BSN preferred; BLS required at hire; ACLS required within 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and coordinate nursing care with interdisciplinary teamwork to achieve patient outcomes.
• Coordinate patient/family teaching and discharge planning.
• Communicate and coordinate the plan of care with other health team members.
• Participate in performance improvement and quality improvement activities.
• Participate in orientation of new staff and unit committees.
