Job summary

HonorHealth's Osborn MOB Heart Care unit in Scottsdale seeks a Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative team delivering comprehensive care for adults. The NP will work with physicians to perform histories, physicals, order tests, prescribe medications, and coordinate patient transitions across care levels.

With autonomy under state regulations, the NP will lead clinical practice, mentor staff, and engage in evidence-based care to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing required
• Arizona NP licensure with prescriptive authority required
• DEA license required
• BCLS required at hire

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and manage adult patients per unit
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to coordinate care
• Coach and mentor nursing staff and participate in performance improvement
