Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review arrest reports and decide prosecutability for State Police cases.
• Hold pretrial conferences and manage motions for the State.
• Represent the State on appeals and at pre-trial hearings statewide.
• Supervise assigned paralegal work and provide legal training.
