Topcandidatesearchgroup is seeking a Territory Manager- ENT to drive sales across New England and NY Metro. You will call on physician offices, promote advanced hearing solutions, and train clinicians on product usage and software, while collaborating with regional teams to maximize clinic demand.

The role requires 3+ years in medical sales, travel across multi-state territory, and a strong technical selling acumen. Competitive compensation includes base salary and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years selling into physician offices.
• Willingness to travel 50–70% across multi-state territory.
• Experience in hearing space and selling a technical product is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make required number of sales calls weekly within territory.
• Maintain and increase sales of all products within territory.
• Promote and demonstrate new products.
• Train on fitting and fine tuning of products and software.
• Coordinate with Regional Directors and Account Managers to deploy at key clinic locations.
• Negotiate pricing and provide recommendations on marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers within territory.
• Represent company at national and regional meetings.
• Achieve sales quota in territory.
• On-board and train new accounts.
