Qualifications

• Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser or an Audiologist.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer a free hearing screen.
• Analyze test findings and make recommendations based on hearing loss.

• Educate patients on using and maintaining hearing aids, with demonstrations.
• Make follow‑up calls to ensure satisfaction with devices.
