Overview

Lucid Hearing is looking for a hearing instrument specialist near Long Beach, CA to join our dedicated team. Lucid Hearing is a leading innovator in assistive listening and hearing solutions, with state-of-the-art hearing aids, testing equipment, and a network of locations within large retail chains. This is a full-time position for a Specialist (HIS or AuD).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer a free hearing screen
• Analyze test findings and make recommendations based on the customer’s hearing loss
• Recommend and dispense assistive listening and hearing solutions
• Educate patients on using and maintaining hearing aid devices, provide demonstrations and information
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction with assistive listening and hearing devices
