Lucid Hearing is seeking a hearing instrument specialist or dispensing audiologist to join our team in Torrance, CA. We are a leading innovator in assistive listening and hearing solutions, with state-of-the-art hearing aids and testing equipment, and a network of locations within large retail chains. We are looking for licensed hearing aid dispensers and/or dispensing audiologists who are motivated, ambitious, and excited to be part of an industry-disrupting sales model. A passion for helping the hearing-impaired is essential. We promote from within, with two-thirds of our Operations Leadership team promoted internally.

What YOU will be doing as a Hearing Instrument Specialist

• Greet customers and offer a free hearing screen
• Analyze test findings and make recommendations based on the customer7s hearing loss
• Recommend and dispense assistive listening and hearing solutions
• Educate patients on how to use and maintain hearing devices, provide demonstrations and information
• Make follow-up calls to patients to ensure satisfaction
