Job summary

NationsBenefits, LLC is hiring Hearing Ambassadors to engage Sam's Club members about hearing health and to help schedule appointments with our hearing specialists. No prior hearing experience is needed—training is provided.

You’ll be part of a friendly, customer-focused team in Conway, AR. Ideal candidates enjoy talking with people, are dependable and organized, and bring customer service or sales experience from retail or hospitality.

Qualifications

• No hearing experience required; training provided.
• Enjoy talking with people and helping others.
• Dependable, organized, and customer-focused.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Talk with Sam's Club members about hearing health and educate them on options.
• Help schedule appointments with hearing specialists.
• Create a welcoming, helpful environment inside the Sam's Club Hearing Center.
