Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking an Audiology Assistant in Biddeford, ME to greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and collect information at check-in. You will assist patients with hearing aid accessories and manage incoming/outgoing hearing aids for repairs.

Key duties include supporting the Audiologist in clinical activities and ensuring smooth patient flow in a fast-paced medical group environment. Entry-level on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of on the job training and practicum experience as approved by the leader and Audiologist(s) required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and answer telephones, schedule appointments.
• Assist patients with purchasing hearing aid accessories and handling hearing aids.
• Support Audiologist in clinical activities as requested.
