AudioNova in Chillicothe, OH is seeking a Hearing Care Professional Trainee to join our team. This paid training program provides hands-on experience to become a licensed Hearing Care Professional, working closely with clinicians on patient care from evaluations to device fittings and follow-up support.

You’ll train for licensure, gain real-world skills, and contribute to community outreach while delivering compassionate care and educating patients about hearing technology.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or above preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Healthcare environment experience a plus.
• Clear verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

AudioNova is seeking a Hearing Care Professional Trainee to join our team in Chillicothe, OH. This paid training program is designed to provide you with the hands-on experience, knowledge, and support needed to become a licensed Hearing Care Professional.

In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced clinicians to gain real-world experience in patient care and hearing technology. From initial hearing evaluations to device fittings and follow-up care, you’ll play a key role in helping patients reconnect with the sounds that matter most while building strong relationships within the community.
