You will support the day‑to‑day operations of the Healy Plant and lead a dedicated operations team in Healy, Alaska.

Assist the Operations Manager with day‑to‑day operations activities relating to personnel performance, motivation, safety, environmental compliance, and training.
Maintain the EAM maintenance management system, including reviewing work requests and issuing and monitoring the progress of preventive and corrective work orders.
Assist in conducting near‑miss and accident investigations, communicate findings to work groups, and support safe and efficient plant operations.
