Tendring District Council are looking to recruit a new Environmental Health Practitioner or experienced Health professional to deliver the Council’s ambition for improvement in Jaywick Sands. The Council has been awarded funding from the NHS to support a dedicated Healthy Homes Team for Jaywick Sands. Engagement with our colleagues in the health alliance is essential to ensure we meet the wider determinants of health and wellbeing. There is an additional requirement to liaise with internal Council services including the newly introduced Project Delivery Unit.

The work will be challenging but rewarding as we seek to change the culture associated with the quality of rented housing and other aspects associated with the appearance of the neighbourhood.
