Job summary

Community Action House in Holland, MI is seeking a Healthy at Home Coordinator to optimize health outcomes through nutrition education, meal kits, and Food Club activities. This part-time role offers 24 hours/week and a focus on culturally responsive programming using a Food as Medicine approach.

You will plan classes, demonstrations, and samples, partner with volunteers, dietitians, and chefs, and measure impact to improve offerings.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in healthy eating programming.
• High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
• ServSafe Certification preferred, or willingness to obtain onboarding.
• Basic conversational Spanish proficiency desired.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate onsite Healthy at Home nutrition programming with instructors and partners.
• Coordinate meal kit program offerings and engagement opportunities.
• Build partnerships with healthy eating advocates and organizations.
• Enhance guest experience and provide high quality customer service.
• Collect and report program impact data to improve offerings.
