HealthTech Startup is seeking a research-focused engineer to turn clinical standards into verified decision logic. You will design and optimize pipelines that extract, validate, and module-ize clinical information for decision support.

This role blends frontier model research with production engineering to deliver robust healthcare AI systems. You will collaborate with clinicians and researchers to evaluate outputs, tighten safety, and push the boundaries of model-based clinical decision support

Competenze

• 3+ years research/industry experience or PhD.
• Production Python, PyTorch, Transformers, and LLM evaluation skills.
• Healthcare or compiler/formal methods experience is valuable.

Mansioni

• Build pipelines parsing clinical documents into validated modules.
• Run experiments with open/closed models, fine-tuning, and constrained decoding.
• Work with clinicians to evaluate outputs and improve systems.
