You will own end-to-end initiatives, translating strategic vision into rapid, production-ready roadmaps and building scalable solutions with fast execution. The role offers high ownership and a trajectory toward a spin-off with institutional backing.

You are based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote arrangements) with a high-agency mindset and excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• You will lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge domains such as HealthTech.

• You will architect scalable solutions and drive milestones to position the new department for rapid growth.
