Job summary

Free Market Health is seeking a Communications Specialist in Pittsburgh to ensure clients and customers have a seamless experience across their journey with FMH. You’ll support communication strategies that drive successful implementations, platform adoption, and ongoing engagement with health plans, PBMs, and partners.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver clear, timely, and engaging communications that keep stakeholders informed, aligned, and successful in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in communications, marketing, client engagement, customer success, or related role.
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and distribute client and customer-facing communications (FAQs, timelines, newsletters, updates, presentations).
• Coordinate deliverables across Client Services, Sales, Implementation, Product, Network, Support, and Marketing teams.
• Maintain and update communication templates, toolkits, collateral, and resources.
• Develop meeting materials, presentations, and strategic communication plans.
• Track milestones and deliverables to ensure timely implementations.
