Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of related work experience preferred.
• Experience in a retail or grocery setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set and uphold department standards for customer service, cleanliness, and profitability.
• Lead by example and engage customers to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist customers with finding products and help them locate items.
• Stay current on wellness trends and educate customers.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate department staff.
• Coordinate scheduling and daily plans with store leadership.
• Oversee ordering, replenishment, pricing, and product rotation.
• Analyze weekly sales trends and plan promotions.
• Ensure sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Operate cash register accurately and report discrepancies.
