Job summary

Southend Pharmacy, a subsidiary of Allia Health Group, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Houston. Lead inventory control, receiving, storage, order fulfillment and shipping, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare distribution, strong leadership and Excel skills, and the ability to train staff and optimize warehouse processes using WMS/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience in healthcare/pharmacy distribution.
• Experience with warehouse operations: receiving, storage, shipping, and order fulfillment.
• Experience leading and developing warehouse staff.
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse best practices.
• Experience with WMS, ERP, and inventory software.
• Excel proficiency.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Ensure inventory accuracy via cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages/overstock.
• Oversee receiving, inspection, documentation, and storage of products.
• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse staff; conduct training on procedures and safety.
• Manage staffing schedules and workload distribution.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and safety practices.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, procurement, and QA teams on process improvements.
