Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee hiring, termination, direction, and performance of warehouse associates at our Brooks, KY facility. The role includes managing receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and controlled substances handling under cage/vault duties.

You will supervise staff, monitor workflows, and ensure safety and DEA compliance while maintaining detailed records and delivering timely shipments. Excellent leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Broad training in business administration or related field and a four-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years directly related and progressively responsible experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs workflow and motivates, trains and monitors the performance of warehouse associates.
• Monitors work processes, suggests efficiency improvements and implements changes to reduce costs.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, safety rules and DEA regulations.
