Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, stocking, shipping, and order picking in our distribution environment. In this role, you will operate RF scanners and material handling equipment, maintain accuracy and safety, and collaborate with team members to ensure timely deliveries that support patient care across our hospital system.

You will handle items weighing up to 50 pounds, ensure product integrity, and help maintain compliance with healthcare

Qualifications

• Education: H.S. Diploma/GED equivalent.
• Experience: Less than 1 year in warehouse or distribution roles.
• Ability to operate RF scanners and basic distribution software.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and process orders and shipments.
• Operate material handling equipment and RF scanners.
• Sort, consolidate, and transport products for stocking.
• Inspect stock for quality and report damage.
• Pack and unpack pallets; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Document incoming freight and expedite returns per policy.
• Assist in identifying and escalating issues to supervisors.
