Job summary

UPS is seeking a Healthcare Senior Service Associate to support our warehouse operations. The role involves receiving priority healthcare products, stocking, picking and packing, and shipping orders while maintaining a high level of customer service and accuracy.

Responsibilities include using RF scanners, a warehouse management system (WMS), and operating material handling equipment to ensure efficient processing. Candidates must have legal right to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and process healthcare products in the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders to customers with accuracy.
• Operate MHE such as pallet movers and stand up forklifts.
• Use RF scanners and WMS to perform outbound, inbound, and inventory control.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance in all tasks.
• Support customers and maintain SLAs in contracts.
