Job summary

The Paley Institute in West Palm Beach is seeking a Video Content Creator to ideate, shoot, and edit video content for social media, the website, and marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with physicians, staff, leadership, and the marketing team to turn medical storytelling into engaging visuals, from patient testimonials to provider spotlights, while maintaining HIPAA and brand guidelines.

Role involves high-quality video and photography production, content library management, and staying

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
Minimum three years of experience in a creative/digital content, marketing, video production, or related role.
Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Lightroom, Canva, or similar tools.
Strong photography and videography skills and equipment handling.
Knowledge of HIPAA patient privacy and consent requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

Ideate, shoot, and edit video content for Paley Institute's social channels, website, and campaigns.
Create and manage a monthly content calendar and deliver videos on deadline.
Collaborate with physicians, staff, and marketing to develop content opportunities.
Translate medical topics into engaging visuals while ensuring patient privacy and brand guidelines.
Capture physician education, patient-friendly content, events, and behind-the-scenes content.
