Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Healthcare Administration.
Coursework in financial analysis, accounting, statistics, economics, or healthcare finance.
Interest in healthcare consulting, valuation, or physician compensation.
Previous internship experience not required.

Responsibilities

Assist with collecting, organizing, and reviewing financial, operational, compensation, and market data.
Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets, analytical schedules, and supporting calculations.
Help organize physician compensation and productivity data and identify trends.
Assist with preparing draft valuation reports and client deliverables.
Collaborate with analysts, managers, directors, and other team members.
