Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 0–4 years of professional experience.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience in healthcare, consulting, finance, or valuation is preferred.
- Professional certifications or progress toward credentials are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support business and compensation valuation engagements using Excel models.
- Review client financial, operational, compensation, and market data.
- Develop and maintain analytical and financial models; conduct market research.
- Assist in drafting valuation reports and client deliverables.
- Participate in internal project meetings and client calls; manage deadlines.
