Job summary

LAZ Parking in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Valet Attendant to greet guests, park and retrieve cars with care, and uphold exceptional customer service at all times.

This full-time role requires a valid driver''s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to work Monday–Friday with occasional overtime; a $250 sign-on bonus is offered after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience.
• Cash handling experience is preferred but not required.
• Two years of driving experience with an active license required.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve cars carefully, greet customers by name and build rapport.
• Direct traffic to keep flow orderly with a positive attitude.
• Work with or without supervision and take initiative.
• Promote excellent customer relations and meet company standards.
• Handle complaints per policies and procedures.
• Maintain and care for all issued equipment.
• Assist with special assignments as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
