LAZ Parking is seeking a Healthcare Valet Attendant in Gilbert, AZ to provide excellent customer service while efficiently parking and retrieving vehicles. The role requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and a minimum of 2 years of experience. You'll work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with weekends off. Compensation includes a pay rate of $15.15 per hour plus tips. Candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

1. The Details

• Position: Healthcare Valet Attendant
• Location: Banner Health Gateway – Gilbert, AZ
• Pay Rate: $15.15/hr + tips!
• Requirements: Driver's license required, minimum of 2 years experience
• Schedule: Full‑time Monday to Friday 9:00‑5:00, weekends OFF

Please note: Flu vaccination is required for this healthcare location. The vaccination will be provided by the client. If an exemption is requested, we will need to work with HR and the client to approve or deny.

• Park and retrieve cars efficiently, ensuring careful and timely service. Greet customers by name, attend to their needs, and build rapport with each driver.
• Help direct traffic to maintain a clean and organized flow of cars, always with a smile.
• Demonstrate a self‑reliant attitude, working with or without supervision as required.
• Promote excellent customer relations, going above and beyond to make customers love LAZ Parking the moment they meet you.

5. Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

6. Experience

• Strong customer‑service experience.
