Job summary

Epic, located on a campus near Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking an UX Design Intern who will collaborate with interns and full-time designers and developers to shape user-centered applications across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.

You will be mentored by UXD professionals, own projects from day one, and gain a deep understanding of user needs as you help define how users interact with Epic’s latest software.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS/BA in UX Design, HCI, Information Science or related field.
• Candidate should be available for full-time work in 2028 calendar year.
• Demonstrated history of academic success.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area for internship duration.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with fellow interns and full-time designers and developers to design user-centered applications for web, desktop, or mobile.
• You will be mentored by UXD professionals and own challenging projects from day one.
• Gain understanding of user needs and influence how they interact with Epic apps.
• Deliver meaningful work that demonstrates impact during the internship.
