Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a supervisory role.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license to operate a van or bus.
• CPR/first aid certification is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervising all daily activities for drivers, including third-party providers.
• Coordinating outside services for members, including appointments and specialist appointments.
• Executing monthly driver training in areas such as member safety and escorting, accident avoidance and more.
• Evaluating vendor invoices and contracts.
• Managing vehicle maintenance in accordance with OEM schedules.
