Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR a minimum of three (3) years of related experience in progressively responsible roles.
• Experience in training or teaching or quality assurance, or business coaching
• Hands-on experience working with Epic or other Electronic Medical Record System in practice or Access Center environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers new hire training in scheduling, registration, epic, revenue cycles, including the use of telephony platform, CRM, webchat and other applications.
• Maintains training materials, including knowledge articles, guides, presentations, and exercises
• Contributes to the creation of procedural and conceptual content, ensuring it is comprehensive and aligned with healthcare standards
• Conducts train-the-trainer sessions as needed
• Facilitates and leads call calibration sessions for agents
• Performs root cause analysis of errors
• Conducts routine quality audits on designated work activities
• Collaborates with team to analyze audit data for improvements
• Develops individual agent performance scorecards
• Coaches employees on opportunities for improvement
• Assists with side-by-side training of new hires
• Other duties as assigned
