Job summary

AdventHealth in Maitland, Florida, seeks a Training Specialist to assess and address training needs across physician practice operations. You will design, coordinate, and deliver programs that integrate practice management and EHR systems to improve patient care workflows.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of adult learning styles and training delivery in healthcare settings.
• Ability to identify education needs and participate in program development.
• Experience with traditional and modern training methods.
• Understanding of instructional design theory and implementation.
• Ability to complete full training cycle in ambulatory healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs through on-site visits, analyses, surveys and audits.
• Identify gaps and deploy training strategies to address them.
• Communicate barriers, risks, or delays in learning plans and logistics.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness for improvements.
• Facilitate communications about updates in functionality and workflow.
