Zusammenfassung

QTS Laundry is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations in a healthcare textile facility. You will supervise 20 to 35 full-time and temporary associates, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met while adhering to HLAC standards.

You will promote accountability, continuous improvement, and employee development, coordinating with Maintenance, Transportation, and Customer Service to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree or additional technical education preferred.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, industrial laundry, or related production environment.
• Experience leading teams of 20 or more employees.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, conflict resolution, and employee development skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and KPI-driven operations preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily production operations to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost targets.
• Direct 20–35 associates, coordinating staffing, training, and overtime as needed.
• Document attendance, productivity, and production records accurately.
• Ensure compliance with HLAC standards and company procedures.
• Apply 5S and Lean principles to maintain a clean, audit-ready environment.
• Coach and develop team leads, investigate issues, and implement corrective actions.
