Job summary

LINET Americas is seeking an Account Executive to drive product sales across a defined territory. You will develop enduring relationships with healthcare facilities, collaborate with clinical and service teams, and lead a comprehensive sales strategy for LINET Americas’ products and programs.

You will build the LINET brand, execute sales initiatives, and manage the full cycle from prospecting to closing, with a focus on delivering value to patients and care teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years capital medical sales experience.
• Strong understanding of the solutions selling process.
• Proven account development and territory management.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding budget requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and build margin pipeline within the territory to exceed budget.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow share of customer and relationships.
• Build LINET brand through professional interactions in the territory.
• Execute sales and marketing initiatives and contribute to their development.
• Convert share of customer spending from incumbents and close sales.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive new sales and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee installation of new products and train customers post-delivery.
• Maintain ongoing relationships to grow current base and new sales.
